Welcome to MeatO, your premium goat meat delivery platform! By using our website, placing an order, or accessing our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Ordering Process
2.1 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order on MeatO. By using our services, you confirm that you are of legal age to enter into a contract.
2.2 Order Acceptance
Orders will be accepted until Friday 11:30 PM for Saturday deliveries, and until Saturday 11:45 PM for Sunday deliveries. We deliver only on Saturdays and Sundays. Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your purchase.
2.3 Product Availability
All products are subject to availability. In the rare event that a product is out of stock or unavailable, we will notify you promptly and offer a suitable alternative or a refund.
3. Delivery Policy
3.1 Delivery Days
We deliver only on Saturdays and Sundays. Orders will be accepted until Friday 11:30 PM for Saturday deliveries, and until Saturday 11:45 PM for Sunday deliveries.
3.2 Delivery Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of the items and delivery location. The charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
3.3 Delivery Delays
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. If your order is delayed, we will notify you via email or phone.
3.4 Incorrect Address
Please ensure that the delivery address provided is accurate. We will not be responsible for any delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
4. Returns and Refunds
4.1 Return Policy
We offer returns or replacements only for items that are damaged or spoiled during delivery. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours with clear photos of the product and packaging. We do not accept returns on opened or consumed items.
4.2 Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method, subject to approval. If your order is eligible for a refund, the amount will be credited back to the original payment source.

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice, but such changes will not affect already placed orders.
